You are not a bad person. In fact you are smart, deep and fun-loving. You are loyal and you are very giving. It’s the little things you don’t take note of that have become saddening. Manners. Good manners and right conduct. Fair ways of treating people. Of speaking, of saying the right words, and the proper time to say them.

I am letting out the deepest sigh right now. I don’t know how to deal with this. All I know is that I am sad and I am afraid of how things will go if these ways go on. Not really big things. But small things that sum up to be an unlikely feat for the people around you. My heart is breaking. I do not know how to go about this. I just have to let it out.

All that’s in my heart and mind right now is this: 2 Timothy 1:7 - For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.

According to Rick Warren, listening to your fears is listening to Satan. God has NOT given us a spirit of fear but power, love and discipline. I am heart-broken by the truth that there is fear within me, fear of bringing this up. But I am overcome by the spirit that God has gifted me with, and that is a spirit of power, love and self-discipline. I am holding on to the power of trying to understand, and to smile despite certain things. I am grounding myself with self-discipline, discipline to be patient, to speak of this only when necessary and to pray for you and myself, for your heart and mine, because nothing is impossible with God. We cannot change people, we cannot change their heart, same way that we cannot change ourselves on our own. We need Him. So with this, I believe that He is in control. I lift this up to Him for I know that where my strength ends, His sustenance begins.
